Non-member – $245 for the first submission. Multiple entry discount: After the first submission, all entries are entitled to a $50 discount. (Discount code can be found in the email receipt and in the onscreen confirmation.) Early bird discount: All entries received by Friday, February 7, 2025 receive a $50 discount. Late fee: All entries received after Friday, February 14, 2025 will be assessed a $50 late fee. No entries will be accepted after Friday, February 21, 2025.B) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS These awards will honor the most exciting design projects put in service. Project categories are Architectural Design, Interior Design, Exterior Design Renovation and Interior Design Renovation. These are separate categories and projects will only be judged against those in the same category. Please take note of the Judging Criteria for your category and the weight of each criterion, as those are the points on which your submission will be judged.C) JUDGING CRITERIA A weighted system is used by the Awards Judges to evaluate the listed criteria. For example, “Creativity”, with a weight of “5”, would be multiplied by the points (1 to 5) assigned by each judge. The total of all weights multiplied by point values is summed from all judges and the highest total score is the winner. Judges will most often not contact you for clarification on details and may not visit each submission. You will be judged based on your formal submissions. The criteria being judged with weights are: DESIGN, ARCHITECTURAL: Design Creativity (weight 5); Functionality (weight 5); Aesthetic (weight 4); Sustainability (weight 2); Value Engineering (weight 2); Site Setting (orientation, landscaping, etc.) (weight 3).
