Developing Leaders

HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER/INVOLVED IN NAIOP?
Since 2020.

WHAT TYPE OF REFERRAL WOULD YOU BENEFIT FROM?
Any business or business owner seeking investment real estate or owner-occupied real estate in Northeast Ohio.

FAVORITE PROJECT?
I had the pleasure of working with a borrower who owns and leases a 350,000 sq ft. building in Cleveland. A big part of my job is storytelling, I truly enjoyed learning the history of this building and sharing that with my internal bank partners. The building has an expansive history in automotive and aerospace manufacturing dating back to the late 1800’s. I was proud to be able to assist this client in keeping the story going!

FUN FACT
I have been playing guitar since I was 13. The first song I learned to play was Seek and Destroy by Metallica.

ADVICE | What is the best advice you’ve received that you can share with your fellow Developing Leaders?
This quote by George Eliot was shared with me by my grandfather; “It is never too late to be what you might have been”. It hasn’t left my mind since he said it to me over 20 years ago. I think most professionals are like myself, always trying to be the best version of themselves they can be and constantly assessing what is and isn’t working or serving you. Don’t be afraid to take that leap if you’re truly passionate about it. It is NEVER too late!
