Level20 is Progressive’s business incubator boldly addressing real problems for real people using the most effective methods, and launching new businesses that make lives more successful and satisfying.

Azadeh Hardiman’s career includes working for several Fortune 500 companies and spans a number of industries including consulting, tech start-ups, media, and telecommunications.  She was raised in Washington D.C. and moved to Cleveland in 2003.  Four years after joining Progressive, Azadeh Hardiman realized an opportunity for the company to move in a new direction beyond insurance and create innovative businesses that deliver tangible results, and in 2019 Level20 was created.
