Sikora Concludes Tenure as NAIOP of Ohio Board President

Columbus, OH- With the completion of the 2025 NAIOP of Ohio Organizational Meeting in Columbus, Sikora Law’s managing partner, Mike Sikora concludes his tenure as Board President. Since January 2024, Sikora guided the statewide association through nearly two years of significant progress on economic development policy and organizational growth. He will continue to serve on the Board’s Executive Committee for the next two years on behalf of the Northern Ohio Chapter.

Under his leadership, Sikora helped position NAIOP of Ohio as a foremost voice for commercial real estate and development. Targeting key priorities, the organization advanced reforms to property recording systems, building inspection law, along with securing expansions of state funding programs such Ohio’s Opportunity Zone Program, Historic Preservation Tax Credit, and Transformational Mixed-Use Development Program. His tenure also saw record engagement with policymakers, broader outreach to state officials, and organizational milestones such as record attendance at the 2025 Annual Meeting & Legislative Day and the board receiving national recognition as the 2024 NAIOP Capitol Dome Award recipient.

Rounding out the leadership team representing the Northen Ohio Chapter of NAIOP on the state board is Craig Miller of Duffy+Duffy Cost Segregation Services, Steve Nowak with Siegel Jennings Co., L.P.A., and Michael Panzica of M. Panzica Development.
