Women’s Leadership Network

The WLN was formed to help facilitate career growth, personal development, and professional networking with female peers across the Northern Ohio region.  WLN events will focus on meaningful discussions with influential women in CRE and female owned businesses in Northern Ohio.

Goals of the WLN

  • Have a female speaker and/or moderator at every NAIOP event
  • Increase female membership to 50 members
  • Networking opportunities
  • Mentorship opportunities
  • Unique programming to gain attention from non-members

The Mission of WLN is to bring together a diverse mix of women in commercial real estate who, through the discussion of industry related topics, educate and empower each other as they strive to succeed in their careers.
