A) ENTRY FEES AND DEADLINES

NAIOP Member – $200 for first submission.
Non-member – $245 for the first submission.

Multiple entry discount: After the first submission, all entries are entitled to a $50 discount. (Discount code can be found in the email receipt and in the onscreen confirmation.)

Early bird discount: All entries received by Friday, February 7, 2025 receive a $50 discount.

Late fee: All entries received after Friday, February 14, 2025 will be assessed a $50 late fee.

No entries will be accepted after Friday, February 21, 2025.

B) GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

These awards will honor successfully completed sale, sale leaseback, or other conveyance of real property.

C) JUDGING CRITERIA

The criteria being judged include:

Challenges (weight 3); Complexity (weight 5); Creativity/Innovation in Transaction (weight 4); Size of Transaction (weight 3); Value Added to Client (weight 5).

Not only will they be used to illustrate the project to the judges, but they will also be included in Properties Magazine and in a slideshow presentation during the Awards Ceremony.
