Presented by:
Michael J. Sikora III (“Mike”) founded and operates Sikora Law LLC, a law firm that handles real estate matters throughout Ohio – with offices in Downtown Cleveland and Downtown Columbus. Sikora Law’s clients include many of the largest commercial real estate brokerages in Ohio, as well as small and mid-sized commercial brokerages. Sikora Law also represents nearly every title insurance company that conducts business in Ohio and many of the most respected developers and owners of commercial real estate. Mike and his firm have won 30 appellate cases that have made favorable law for real estate companies on 23 different subjects. Mike has drafted and advocated for the passage of three Bills that have become Ohio real estate law and he is currently leading several significant legislative initiatives that will have profound effects on Ohio real estate law.
Mike was named an Ohio Super Lawyer Rising Star six times. In 2005, Mike received the Ohio Land Title Association President’s Award. Mike was named Member of the Year of the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP in 2008. Mike received the 40 Under 40 distinction by Crain’s Cleveland Business in 2011. The Ohio State Bar Association Real Property Section named Mike a member of its Section Council in 2010 and its Executive Committee in 2017, and he continues to serve on this select group that seeks to improve Ohio real property law, slated to serve as its Chair from 2022-2023. Mike is a past President of the Northern Ohio Chapter of NAIOP, and he serves on the Executive Committee of NAIOP Ohio and the DCA Advocacy Committee and the DCA Improvement Corporation.
Mike is the President of Omni Title LLC, which focuses on commercial real estate transactions throughout Ohio for developers, owners and financial institutions with a team of seven.
