Briget Grant

Briget Grant is a 15-year serial entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in the medical field. Most recently, she launched the Ryte 2 Development Corp., an all minority, all female led commercial and real estate development initiative including consultancy in Cleveland. Through Ryte 2 Development, she is leading the Glen H.A.V.E.N (Harvesting Affordable Value Enriched Neighborhoods) project, a mixed-use development in Cleveland’s Glenville community that will service residents with mental health diagnosis, dual diagnosis and other disabilities. Other business ventures include general contracting, residential real estate development and consulting. She is also a graduate of the first class of the Urban League’s 2022-2023 Construction Accelerator Program.

Tiffany L. Hollinger

Tiffany L. Hollinger, you may simply know her as a Realtor, Developer and/or Financial Advisor, however she is also known as #AskTiffanyH! A consummate professional and powerhouse in the real estate investment industry. Tiffany has over two decades of experience spanning corporate, nonprofit, and entrepreneurial sectors. She has built a reputation for driving innovation, increasing revenue, and forging impactful partnerships across government, community, and private enterprises.
Tiffany’s extensive real estate portfolio includes owning and managing multiple properties, successfully renovating and flipping houses, development and creating FlipPro Academy; which was created to help other investors and professionals navigate the complexities of property flipping, maximizing profits, and building sustainable real estate businesses. Her expertise extends beyond real estate transactions—Tiffany is a visionary strategist who connects people, resources, and opportunities to drive business growth and improve economic conditions of communities.

Tracey Kirksey

Tracey Kirksey is the Center Director of the Rose Centers for Aging Well, an affiliate of the Benjamin Rose Institute on Aging. She pursued and received her real estate license not so much to sell property, but to learn how to acquire it. She has purchased, renovated, managed or sold properties in Washington, D.C.; Cleveland; and Richmond, VA. After returning to her hometown of Cleveland, her real estate work includes helping families build custom market homes in Hough, market rate new construction in Glenville, historic renovations, single family and senior housing utilizing Low Income Housing Tax Credits, and retail and commercial developments.
