HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN A MEMBER?
2020 – Present

WHAT TYPE OF REFERRAL WOULD YOU BENEFIT FROM?
An introduction to clients or companies who are planning a future build out or relocation. We handle the project schedule and tasks so that they can focus on their day jobs and not be overwhelmed with running a full time construction project. The earlier we can get involved, the more value we can add from assisting with lease terms, budgeting what the entire project will cost to savings to cost avoidance.

FAVORITE PROJECT | What is your favorite CRE project that you’ve been a apart of in the CLE during your professional career?
I have two! My favorite CBRE project was the tenant buildout we managed for Geometry Global at Post Office Plaza. Vocon was the design team and the design of the space highlighted the best features of POP (exposed ceilings, original concrete floors, etc.) and was branded to reflect Geometry’s Ohio HQ relocation from Akron to Cleveland which included a custom mural by a local artist. My second favorite project combo has to be the Tri-C Hospitality Management Center and Pura Vida restaurant completed during my time as a designer at Bialosky Cleveland. I loved being a part of this project team and seeing this project come to life in Public Square!

FUN FACT | If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I would choose pierogi and tomatoes – not the same meal but the same two foods for the rest of my life! I once traveled to Krakow, Poland to consume pierogi for every meal. So worth it!

ADVICE | What is the best advice you’ve received that you can share with your fellow Developing Leaders?
It’s all about who you know! Cleveland has such a great, tight-knit professional community. Networking through all types of professional organizations (CBRE Women’s Network, IIDA, AIA, NAIOP, etc.) has led me to all my career positions and given me the best set of mentors from all professions to help me grow. Also – ask a million questions! It’s the only way you learn.
