NAIOP Northern Ohio’s first Developers’ Showcase was recognized by the National organization as an outstanding special event held by a small chapter. NAIOP honored 17 chapters and three individuals at the Chapter Merit Awards Gala, Tuesday, February 11, 2014. Recognizing the best in special events, publications, membership, advocacy and more, the Chapter Merit Awards are presented annually at NAIOP’s Chapter Leadership & Legislative Retreat in Washington, D.C. Recipients are selected by a committee of their peers comprised of volunteer judges.
