It takes small steps to make big change. On October 27, 2020 NAIOP Northern Ohio’s Women’s Leadership Network hosted an event on Race, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives in the Commercial Real Estate Industry. Our panel, representing from companies who have taken the lead addressing strategies for making the CRE industry more diverse, included Sandra Madison, CEO and Chairperson of Robert P Madison International; Joyce Huang, Vice President of Community Development at Midtown, Inc.; Tonya Suber, Manager, Learning and Development at The NRP Group; Tiffany Montgomery, Asset Manager at The NRP Group; and was moderated by Christopher Nance, Vice President, Construction & Inclusive Talent Initiatives at Greater Cleveland Partnership.
